Weds 6/28/17: Press + Delt/Tricep Assistance

Press – work up to 200 x 5, then 3 x 6-8 x 175. Ugh….Press is in the tank while this diet is going and the bodyweight is falling.

Behind the Neck Press 3 x 5-8

Side Delt Raises 5 x 15

Close Grip Bench (descending sets, short rests) 4 x 275,  7 x 250,  8 x 225

DB LTE  6 x 6-8
