It has been a while……..Fortunately the Houston Heat has not yet emerged from it’s winter slumber, but regardless this was tough (as if that was a surprise). I did these with one of my personal training clients today (a competitive swimmer) so I had to suck it up and try not to let him see his coach in too much pain!
Kept it simple today: 12 Sprints of 30 yards. Basically alternated between me and him with very little rest in between.

- 1 Carton Egg Whites (50g), 3/4 cup raw oats
- 50g Protein Shake
- 6 oz Chicken Breast, Vegetables
- 50g Protein Shake
- 6 oz Ground Beef Patty, Vegetables
