Tues 5/12: Heavy Squat, Speed Pull, Sled

Back Squat

  • Warm Ups:  10 x 45, 5 x 135, 5 x 225, 1 x 275, 1 x 315, 1 x 365, 1 x 405
  • Work Sets (<90%):  1 x 455,  1 x 485,  1 x 495,  1 x 475,  1 x 455

Dynamic Effort (Speed) Deadlift

  • 10 x 1 x 340 + Doubled Mini Bands
  • (Remove Bands) 1 x 405,  1 x 455

Sled Pulling – 10 trips w/ 4 plates

Top end strength felt okay today.  Still on almost zero carbs and have been for a while. Probably left a little on the bar on the Squats but am fine with that.  No gas left in the tank for any meaningful back off work.  Just a couple of lighter singles.
