Training: Back Squat
- Warm Up Sets: 10 x 45, 5 x 135, 3 x 225, 1 x 275, 1 x 315, 1 x 365, 1 x 395
- Work Sets: 425 x 5 x 5
- That’s it. Had some other plan for assistance work but on the low carbs it wasn’t happening. The first 3 sets of this were tough, but I lost some major steam on sets 4 and 5.
Diet Today (low carb):
- 50g Egg Whites, 1 Banana
- 50g Whey Protein Shake
- 8 oz Chicken, Veggies
- 50g Whey Protein Shake
- 8 oz Top Round Steak, Veggies
Andy, just curious…was the change in programming due primarily to being on the diet?
Not really. More just a scheduling thing.
