Dynamic (Speed) Bench Press (w/ Doubled Mini-Bands)
- Warm Ups: 10 x 45, 3 x 95, 3 x 125
- 145 x 3 x 15 sets. This was 40% bar weight + doubled mini-bands on all sets.
Lying Tricep Extensions (straight barbell) 6 x 6
Single Arm DB Overhead Extensions 4 x 8-10
My shoulders and pec/delt tie in area has not been happy the past couple of days. Went lighter on the speed benches and kept accessory work just to triceps. Trying to give the chest/delts a little break.
