Surprisingly decent day today on volume bench, especially considering how terrible Tuesday was. Not an all time PR by any stretch but I’m okay with where these were at. Once again, I was amazed at how much more difficult an unsupported seated press is compared to a standing press. Just wrecked the shoulders though (in a good way!) Great session considering i’ve been at ZERO carbs for 3 days.
