Incline Press

Diet Yesterday:
- 1 carton egg whites, 3/4 cup oatmeal (measured dry)
- 50g Protein Shake
- 8 oz ground beef with grilled onions
- 50g Protein Shake
- 8 oz pulled pork, veggies (Need to avoid these high sodium meats. I think this is what is making my weight stick)
