Standing Overhead Press – up to 235 x 1.
Ugh. Had a bad case of “squat hangover” from Friday. Everything felt heavy even from my first warm up set. Plus being on the aggressive diet right now, I could really feel the lower bodyweight today. Last heavy press session was 255×1 and after that was 240 for 6 sets of singles across. I was aiming for 260-265 today but it wasn’t in the cards.

Standing Behind the Neck Press 3 x 8-10 x 135
Pull Ups x 50 reps (bunch of sets on 1-2 min rest btw efforts)
Weighted Dips 8 x 50, 10 x 35, 12 x 20
Strict Straight Barbell Curls 4 x 4-12
