Diet Today (High Carb – approx 50g carb per meal):
- 50g Protein Shake, 1/2 cup oatmeal (measured dry, 27g), 1 banana (25g)
- 50g Egg White Carton + 1 egg + a little cheddar; 3/4 cup white rice (measured dry, 54g) – mixed all together with pico de gallo
- 8 oz top round; 1/2 cup white rice (measured dry, 36g), 1 large orange (20g)
- 10 oz steak (trimmed, boneless T-bone), 10 oz white potato (52g)
- 50g protein shake, 1/2 cup oatmeal
