Having to change my schedule up a little bit. Going forward the split will look something like this:
Monday – Bench; Tuesday – Squat; Thursday – Press; Friday – Deadlift
Today’s bodyweight: 234.5 (up 3 lbs from high carb day, happy with this. Back to low carb today)
Training:
- Bench Press 5 x 5 x 305
- 4-inch Camber Bar Bench Press (paused) 4 x 6 x 185 – Wow, those are harder than I thought! Never done them second in a workout. Reached failure very quickly, but got a massive pump going in the chest. Brutal – in a good way.
- DB Incline 3 x 8-10
