Welcome to Baker Barbell Club, a community designed for individuals seeking a balanced and effective approach to strength and fitness. Whether you’re a husband, father, business owner, or professional, our club caters to those who lead busy lives but are committed to training drug-free and achieving measurable results in strength, performance, and physique.

I have over 20 years of experience in training individuals with diverse backgrounds and fitness levels. My philosophy is simple: no gimmicks, no fads, just smart, realistic programming that allows for consistent progress.

I offer three distinct programming tracks

each designed to cater to different goals, equipment availability, and schedules.

Basic Barbell Track

Ideal for those with limited equipment, focusing on foundational strength exercises.
Schedules alternate between 3-4 days per week based on member needs.

  • Pure strength development
  • 3-4 days per week
  • Minimal, ideal for garage gyms
  • Squat, bench, press, deadlifts, and variations

Conjugate Training Track

Follows the principles of “Westside” programming with a blend of strength and bodybuilding. Suitable for those aiming for substantial strength and aesthetic results.

  • Strength and muscle mass
  • 4 days per week (adaptable to 2-3 days)
  • Based on “Westside” principles with Max Effort and Dynamic Effort days
  • Moderate, for those looking to lift heavy and build muscle

Bodybuilding / Physique Track

Intense sessions targeting each body part. Requires comprehensive gym equipment and offers flexibility in training frequency.

  • Aesthetic muscle development
  • 6 days per week (adjustable to 3-6 days)
  • Full commercial gym or well-equipped home gym
  • Short, intense workouts targeting individual body parts

Each week, members receive fresh workouts from all 3 tracks.  You get access to all 3 track and decide what to follow based on your current goals.  Weekly workouts are sent to your inbox every Sunday evening at 6:00pm.  Workouts changed regularly ensuring variety and progression. Our detailed plans encompass all exercise specifics, from sets and reps, loads, and rest periods.

Community & Support

Members gain direct access to me and the rest of the community through two different avenues.   We have an active private Facebook group where members can post questions, post videos for technical feedback, and interact with other members.  

We also have a private forum where members can engage in additional Q&A with me and other members, host their training log, and review years worth of archived training programs.

Unlike many self-proclaimed online experts, my expertise comes from years of real-world coaching experience. Members can ask questions, receive personalized advice, and get video form checks to ensure they’re on the right track.

I believe in providing comprehensive, no-nonsense workout programs. Our approach prioritizes optimal recovery, long-term sustainability, and workouts designed to fit within 60-90 minutes. Regardless of your age or ability, my community and expert guidance will support you on your fitness journey.
