Just completed my powerlifting meet using the program you designed for me. I got an all-time PR on the squat (412.5), a meet PR on the bench (258), and two all-time PRs on the deadlift (517 and 530).
This added 40 pounds to my total from just a few months ago. I felt like I could have done even more!
The program you gave me has been so effective,
I have a pretty good feeling that I’ll do even better at my next meet, and I really want to keep being able to work with you because your results speak for themselves!
