Body weight: 231.5. Seems to be the floor beyond which my body does NOT want to drop. Hoping for the 220s this weekend.

Stiff Leg Deadlifts (standing on 3 inch platform): 5 x 365, 5 x 315, 5 x 315
Didn’t have a lot of time this afternoon. Had to kind of rush between sets but still got some okay work in. Energy at the end of the sessions is totally gone on restricted carbs. I’m petering across the finish line, even with light weights.
Today’s Diet:
- 50g Egg Whites, 2 packets Oatmeal
- 50g Whey Protein Shake
- 2 Turkey Burger Patties w/ salsa
- 50g Protein Shake
- 8 oz tilapia, veggies
