Dips 5 sets to failure (2 sets weighted, 3 sets body weight)
Got knocked out on Monday with a bad stomach virus. Missed the whole first week’s worth of training. I’ll try to get in Squats and Deadlifts tomorrow, not sure with how much success. Lost quite a bit of weight and don’t feel so hot yet. Might have to repeat this week’s training next week if tomorrow doesn’t go well.
