Warm Up Sets:  10 x 45, 5 x 95, 3 x 135, 1 x 175, 1 x 195

Work Sets:  215 x 4 x 4

Back Off Sets:  165 x 10;  145 x 12

One Arm DB French Press   4 x 8-10
