Speed (DE) Deadlifts (straight weight)
Warm Up Sets: 5 x 225 x 2 sets, 3 x 315, 1 x 365
Work Sets: 1 x 405 x 25 sets. 1 single pulled every 30 seconds. Speed was good, seemed to get faster from about number 14 on.
Sprints – “Flying 30s” x 6 sets
10 yd jog followed by 30 yd full speed sprint. About 2 mins between efforts.
