    Nice podcast Andy. A question on the last topic of keep increasing weight on the bar. For the typical novice programming 5 reps x 3 sets would you recommend 4×4 or 4×3? Wondering if overall quantity of reps stays close to the same per exercise or reduces with the lower rep ranges.

      Just depends. If the reps are grinding really hard, then lowering the overall volume might be a good idea. One of those case by case deals.
