Thanks so very much for the coaching session on Tuesday. It took you 30 minutes to identify and fix what I have been dinkering around with for 2 years on my squat. Your feedback was invaluable and I now feel like I can approach both my squat and press with some confidence and direction. I know what I need to do, and now have the knowledge to do it.
Finally, your feedback on programming and just talking shop was very cool. As discussed, I lift alone, late at night and don’t ever workout or discuss lifting with anyone. I considered it a privilege to be able to discuss lifting, programming, and other sports related topics with you.
Your knowledge and expertise coupled with your laid back, flexible approach towards desired outcomes was greatly appreciated.
